Leather skirts Germany
Leather skirts are leading the German skirt market this spring.
Across women's skirts on premium platforms, leather has the highest top-selling rate of any material. Around 19% are moving fast, against roughly 10% for cotton and viscose. The pattern has held since early March.
Linen, the expected spring material, is climbing but still sells through at less than half the rate.
Brown is doing more of the work than black this season. That's a shift from the usual default.
The signal cuts across price tiers. Mid-market labels and premium houses both place well.
For brands planning fall buys, leather skirts didn't slow down this spring.
