Careers at Nortzee
Nortzee is not running an open hiring process today. We still pay attention to exceptional fits when someone is unusually relevant to the kind of company we are building.
Because Nortzee is still small, future hiring is more likely to be selective and role-specific than continuous. We are not actively hiring across multiple roles, but we are always open to conversations with talented, motivated people who are highly relevant to what Nortzee is building.
What matters most is practical relevance: people who understand fashion or retail, can adapt to an early-stage environment, and bring a pragmatic commercial attitude to the work.
People We'd Like to Meet
These are the kinds of backgrounds most likely to be relevant if Nortzee adds people over time.
Fashion business operator
Someone who understands how fashion businesses run and can improve execution, coordination, and commercial decision-making from the inside.
What matters most here is real operating context in fashion or retail.
Product-minded software engineer
A pragmatic software builder who can work well in a small-company environment and help turn real business problems into reliable systems.
Cloud experience is valuable. If a software conversation makes sense, we would discuss the relevant technical stack, product roadmap, and system details directly.
Commercial lead with a strong fashion network
Someone with relevant industry relationships who can open doors, build trust, and help turn product interest into customer conversations.
Existing relationships and commercial instinct matter more than generic sales language.
What Matters Across Roles
Fashion or Retail Knowledge
Context matters. The more directly someone understands how fashion businesses operate, the more useful that is likely to be.
Flexible and Adaptable
Early-stage work changes shape quickly. The right person should be comfortable with that rather than slowed down by it.
Pragmatic Execution
We value people who can make useful progress without overcomplicating the problem or adding unnecessary process.
Commercial Attitude
Even technical or operational work should stay connected to how a business wins, sells, and serves customers.
Exceptional Fit?
If you fit unusually well with one of the profiles above, send a short introduction to info@nortzee.com. Include your background, what you are focused on now, and why Nortzee is relevant to you.
For software profiles, we prefer to share technical stack details directly in email once there is a clear mutual fit.
There is no formal hiring process behind this page. Any future conversations would be evaluated case by case.
